Overview

The learner licence is a distinct first-stage service. Sarathi directs applicants to select their state, complete its application flow and take the required learner test; the exact process can vary by state.

Who can apply?

Eligibility depends on the age requirement for the selected vehicle class and other applicable motor vehicle rules. Check Sarathi’s current guidance before choosing a class.
