Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) is a Central Government Public Sector Undertaking engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of cement, with its registered office situated at Core-V, SCOPE Complex, 7-Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003. This recruitment is conducted to engage experienced professionals on a Fixed Term Contract basis for an initial tenure of one year, extendable up to a maximum period of four years based on performance. Selected officers can be posted at any Unit, Regional Office, Zonal Office, or Corporate Office of the Corporation.

*01 post in Marketing is reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). Posts from Post Code 01 to 04 are not suitable for persons with Colour Blindness / Visually Handicapped persons.

Selected candidates receive a consolidated contractual fee of ₹50,000/- per month. For posting in Units, accommodation will be provided as per entitlement subject to availability of quarters; for posting in Corporate Office, Regional Office, or Zonal Office, ₹10,000/- per month shall be provided for accommodation. On successful completion of one year, candidates are eligible for an annual increment of 5%. Additional benefits include IPD medical facility for self only, 20 days non-encashable leave per year, Provident Fund as per the EPF Act, travel allowance as per E-2 level rules, and maternity leave as per Government of India rules.

The upper age limit is 42 years as on the cut-off date of 16 November 2026.

The cut-off date for educational qualifications and experience is 16 November 2026. Detailed post-wise requirements are as follows:

• Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering, Cement Technology / Cement Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Mineral Process Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Chemistry Engineering, or Petrochemical Engineering; OR M.Sc. in Chemistry (General, Applied, Industrial), Materials Science, or Cement Technology; OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Cement Technology, or Process Engineering from a recognized institution; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013) in equivalent grade/branch.
• Experience: Mandatory 05 years of post-qualification experience, out of which 03 years must be in the Cement Industry. Candidates with an M.Sc. require an additional 1 year, and Diploma holders require an additional 3 years of post-qualification experience beyond the minimum criteria.

• Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Power Plant Engineering, Mining Machinery Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, Robotics & Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Power Engineering, or Production Engineering; OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or above-mentioned engineering branches from a recognized institution; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013) in equivalent grade/branch.
• Experience: Mandatory 05 years of post-qualification experience, out of which 03 years must be in the Cement Industry. Diploma candidates require an additional 3 years of post-qualification experience. Preference is given to candidates with hands-on experience in rotary equipment, heavy machinery, and automated maintenance systems.

• Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Power Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Industrial Electronics Engineering, Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or Power Electronics; OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering or above-mentioned engineering branches; OR AMIE (enrolment up to 31.05.2013) in equivalent grade/branch.
• Experience: Mandatory 05 years of post-qualification experience, out of which 03 years must be in the Cement Industry. Diploma candidates require an additional 3 years of post-qualification experience.

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; OR Diploma in Civil Engineering (with relevant experience).
• Experience: Mandatory 05 years of post-qualification experience, out of which 03 years must be in the Cement Industry. Diploma candidates require an additional 3 years of post-qualification experience beyond the minimum experience criteria.

• Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in any stream; OR full-time MBA / PGDM or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Material Management, Supply Chain, or Operation Management (these degrees require 3 years post-qualification experience as per the qualification clause); OR Diploma in Engineering / Management, Diploma in Marketing, or BBA in Marketing.
• Experience: Mandatory post-qualification experience of 05 years, out of which 03 years must be in the Cement Industry.

• Qualification: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Experience: Mandatory 05 years of post-qualification experience of Company Secretarial functions in a company of repute, out of which 03 years must be in the Cement Industry.

Candidates must enclose self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with their hard-copy application form:

• Proof of Age: Matriculation certificate showing date of birth.
• Qualification Certificates: All certificates and mark sheets from Class 10th, 12th, Graduation, and higher qualifications.
• Caste Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC candidates, in the prescribed Government of India format (OBC-NCL certificate not more than one year old as on 16 November 2026).
• EWS Certificate: In the prescribed Government of India format as per DoPT guidelines (issued not more than one year old as on 16 November 2026).

• Pay Scale Proof (for Govt./PSU candidates): Latest salary slip.

The selection process comprises the following stages as specified in the recruitment notification:

1. Shortlisting: In case a large number of applications are received for a post, candidates will be shortlisted based on relevant experience, current CTC/monthly pay, and higher qualifications. Management reserves the right to conduct a Written Test or Group Discussion for shortlisted candidates prior to interview if required.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Shortlisted candidates called for interview are eligible for reimbursement of sleeper class train fare by the shortest route, provided the travel distance exceeds 50 km.
3. Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates must present medical examination reports signed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a Government Hospital in CCI’s prescribed format, which will be examined by CCI’s medical officer.
4. Document Verification: Verification of original documents and certificates against the submitted application.

• The appointment is purely on a Fixed Term Contract basis for an initial tenure of 1 year, extendable up to a maximum period of 4 years; it does not confer any right to regular or permanent employment.
• Either party can terminate the contract by giving one month’s notice or contractual fee in lieu thereof.
• Candidates working in Government or Public Sector Undertakings must apply through proper channel or submit an NOC at the time of interview, or submit a relieving letter upon selection.
• Candidates belonging to UR, OBC, and EWS categories must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹100/- via Demand Draft drawn in favour of Cement Corporation of India Limited, payable at New Delhi. SC, ST, PWD, and female candidates are exempted.
• Applications received after the cut-off date of 16 November 2026 at 1700 Hrs will not be entertained, and CCI is not responsible for postal delays.
