For Government/Public Sector Undertakings candidates: Candidates from Govt./Public Sector Undertaking, should have a minimum 02 years of experience in the scale of Rs. 60000-180000 or above (IDA pay scale of E3 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent scale out of the above-mentioned 10 years of post-qualification executive experience. Furthermore, candidates must provide an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer while applying for the post.

Selected candidates will be placed in E4 Grade / IDA pay scale ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000.

The selection process consists of shortlisting candidates based on qualification, experience, and other criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written or computer-based test and/or personal interview, as determined by the management.
